I've been journaling for decades. My journal goes everywhere with me and I probably write on average 3-4 times a day. Over the years I've tried almost every brand of journal there is. On average I go through a journal every 1.5 months. So paper quality and cost are two of my bigger selling points. I primarily use fountain pens and have many that range from Medium to broad nibs. Many of these pens put down a ton of ink. There has never been any bleed through, or any feathering, or even ghosting. I can't say enough about these journals. I always get the hard cover lined A5 (just my preference) but the fact that they come in so many different styles and sizes is nice too know I could vary if I wanted to is comforting. The A5 fits into my favorite journal cover (see picture) and I will sing its praise forever! I can't recommend this company enough!! Do not hesitate to try them !!!

I use A5 journals for my board gaming and RPG hobbies. I keep notes of all my boardgames in journals and I use a journal for each of my RPG campaigns. I've tried various notebooks, iPad apps and notepads. The OtterBlotter A5 is working out as my best choice. The paper holds up very well to fountain pens, the bookmark is very helpful and they lay almost perfectly flat. The only thing I miss is page numbering, which I wind up doing myself. Price is very reasonable compared to other premium A5 notebooks. I stock up whenever they go on sale. Keep up the great work.

I purchased the hard cover lined journal trying to find a less expensive alternative to the famous name fountain pen friendly paper, and Otter Blotter hit a homerun! The journals are well made, attractive and the paper is fountain pen friendly: even using my wettest nibs and ink, there is no feathering, no ghosting and no bleeding. All at about a 1/3 of the price of the more famous paper. I see no reason to ever go back to one of the more well known brands. Otter Blotter has become my go to journal. Add the personalization which makes their price point even more attractive. Super happy with the purchase. I even bought several as gifts for other people.

These stickers are better than most I have tried. They are the right size for my purposes and best of all transparent, so they do not obscure the text on the page you are marking.

As is the case with every single notebook I buy from this company, this was exceptionally great because it's a gift for my granddaughter who is taking a trip to England for her high school graduation. This notebook with the World Map on the front will be perfect for journalling during her trip. I think she will LOVE it! The customer service is better than any company with whom I've ever dealt...MOST accommodating!

I ordered 3 journals with customization. They are all beautiful and well made. Mike communicated there was a slight delay due to a machine part. The journals still arrived on time. And they came with a personal handwritten thank you note. Highly recommend OtterBlotter!
